details. Post graduate degree in surgery is
mandatory.
The number of years of experience in laparoscopic
surgery should be a minimum of 2 years (including
experience in laparoscopy as a postgraduate surgical
resident). A resident or junior consultant should
obtain a certificate of experience from the HOD of
the hospital/Institution as a supportive document.
Attach soft copies of the MBBS, MS, or DNB
certificate and MCI registration certificate during
membership registration.
All Successful candidates will be invited after completing all 3 days for the IAGES Convocation ceremony to be held on 2nd Feb 2025 provided she/he is already a life member of IAGES.
This would be a unique opportunity for the delegates. Unlike before, registered delegates have to travel to the fellowship course destination(Kathmandu) only once wherein they will be able to complete their course and return home with a convocation certificate in 3 days of the academic feast at the IAGES SOUTH ASIA SUMMIT IN NEPAL
Essentially yes. The structure and intensity of the course would be as it used to be in the conventional onsite model. Here in a hybrid model, many lectures will be covered on the 26TH JAN 2025 as online webinars. Then, a hands-on simulation and live session will be held at the KATHMANDU Conference venue from 31st Jan. to 2nd Feb. 2025. Attendance to all 3 days of the Conference is mandatory. Finally, you will attend the convocation on 2nd FEB 2025 after the successful completion of the MCQ and Viva assessment
